Yoga flow in the greenhouse! - Must Register with Bee Fit SD Yoga and Wellness (see link below)

April 1st @2pm

Join Bee Fit SD Yoga and Wellness for a special experience hosted at Landscape Garden Center.

Nicole Highby with Bee Fit SD will be guiding us through a yoga flow in the luscious plant-filled greenhouse.

Sound-healing handpan music will be played by Emily Wilson during Shavasana.

Smoothies and treats are included and will be available after the flow for a time of community and connection.

Everyone who attends will be offered a special discount from the Garden Center that day to do some plant shopping.
